ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS OPEN!
We invite abstracts from Principal Investigators, senior researchers, PostDocs, and senior graduate students from all areas of winter limnology to present a poster and lightning talk. We encourage all conference attendees to present, you must submit an abstract to attend the conference
Specific areas of interest might include:
- climate and ice dynamics;
- under ice physics, chemistry, and biology;
- inter-seasonal connections; and
- societal implications of winter.
Submission requirements:
- Please submit the abstract as a PDF with the filename: Last_First_abstract.pdf.
- Include your title (i.e. Principal Investigator, senior researcher, PostDoc, senior graduate student, etc)
- Please keep your abstract length under 200 words.
- Please use 12pt Times Roman typeface and single line spaced.
- The abstract should be in English.
- These abstracts will be compiled and distributed for the conference.
You may submit your abstract by January 11th, 2027 to WLW_2027@yorku.ca
A committee will review the abstracts and those selected to participate will be contacted to register for the meeting.
